在當今數字化時代，人工智能技術正深刻改變著全球的經濟格局與產業發展模式。中小企業作為經濟發展的生力軍，面臨著轉型升級的迫切需求。然而，由于資源有限、技術人才短缺等原因，許多中小企業在應用人工智能技術時面臨諸多挑戰。為促進人工智能技術與中小企業業務的深度融合，分享成功經驗與實踐案例，中國中小企業協會特發起此次全球解決方案征集活動。
In the current era of digital era, artificial intelligence technology is profoundly transforming the global economic landscape and industrial development patterns. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SME), as the driving force of economic development, are facing the urgent need for transformation and upgrading. However, due to limited resources and a shortage of technical personnel, many SME face numerous challenges in applying artificial intelligence technology. To promote the deep integration of artificial intelligence technology with the business of SME and to share successful experiences and practical cases, the Chinese Association of SME（CASME） has initiated this global case collection activity.
（一）企業經營管理環節According to production and management Sector：
1.智能制造領域：涵蓋生產流程優化、質量檢測、設備故障預測與維護、智能倉儲物流管理、產品開發與創新等方面的人工智能應用案例。
Intelligent Manufacturing Sector: Including artificial intelligence application cases in production process optimization, quality inspection, equipment fault prediction and maintenance, intelligent warehousing and logistics management, product development and service innovation，etc.
2.智慧服務領域：包括客戶服務智能化、精準營銷、廣告投放、客戶關系管理、跨境電商運營等方面。
Smart Service Sector: Includes intelligent customer service, precise marketing, advertising placement，customer relationship management, cross border e-commerce operation，etc.
3.智能管理領域：涉及企業資源規劃（ERP）、供應鏈管理、財務管理、人力資源管理、生產流程自動化、知識管理與協作??等方面的人工智能應用。
Intelligent Management Sector: Involves artificial intelligence applications in enterprise resource planning (ERP), supply chain management, financial management, human resource management, production process automation ，knowledge management and collaboration，etc.
4.智慧決策?領域：包括市場趨勢預測?、風險預警與合規管理?、輿情分析、財務與庫存優化?等。
Intelligent decision-making Sector： including market trend forecasting, risk warning and compliance management, public opinion analysis, financial and inventory optimization, etc.
（二）行業解決方案Industry solutions:
包括：工業制造、現代農業、商貿流通、交通運輸、金融服務、科技創新、文化旅游、醫療健康、城市治理、綠色低碳等10大行業領域的AI解決方案。
Applications and cases in 10 fields including : Industrial Manufacturing, Modern Agriculture, Commercial Circulation, Transportation,Financial Services, Technological Innovation, Cultural Tourism, Medical and Health Care, Urban Governance, Green and Low-carbon.
（三）其他Other Fields：
包括：鼓勵提交人工智能在社會治理、公共關系以及中小企業其他創新應用場景中的案例。
Other Fields: Encourage the submission of cases where artificial intelligence is applied in social governance, public relations, and other innovative application scenarios for SME.
申報主體：全球范圍內的中小企業、人工智能技術提供商、科研機構、高校等均可作為申報主體參與此次解決方案征集活動。
Applicants: SME artificial intelligence technology providers, research institutions, universities, and other entities worldwide are eligible to participate in this case collection activity.
案例內容：申報案例應包括案例背景、解決方案、實施過程、應用效果、創新點與優勢、推廣價值等內容。
Case Content: The application case should include the case background, solution, implementation process, application effect, innovation points and advantages, promotion value, etc.
案例格式：申報案例需以中文或中英文撰寫，字數控制在 1500 -2000 字之間。
Case Format: The application case should be written in Chinese or English, with a word count controlled between 1,500 and 2,000 words.
知識產權：申報主體應確保所提交案例內容不侵犯他人知識產權。
Intellectual Property Rights: The applicant should ensure that the content of the submitted case does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
報名階段（即日起至 2025 年 6月15日）：申報主體需在線填寫《“AI Solutions for SME ”全球案例征集報名表》。
Application Stage (From now until June 15, 2025): The applicant should fill in the "Global Case Collection Application Form for AI Solutions for SME" online.
案例提交階段（2025年6月16日- 2025年6月30日）：報名成功后，申報主體根據申報要求撰寫案例材料，并將案例文檔（Word 格式）及相關證明材料（如項目合同、用戶反饋截圖、數據報表等）打包發送至指定郵箱[trh@ca-sme.org]，郵件主題注明“AI Solutions for SMEs案例提交-申報主體名稱”。
Case Submission Stage (June 16, 2025 - June 30, 2025): After a successful application, the applicant should write the case material according to the application requirements and send the case document (in Word format) and related supporting materials (such as project contracts, user feedback screenshots, data reports, etc.) to the designated email address [trh@ca-sme.org], with the subject of the email noted as "AI Solutions for SMEs Case Submission - Applicant Name".
評審階段（2025年7月1日-2025年7月15日）：中國中小企業協會將組織專家評審委員會，對提交的案例進行評審。
Evaluation Stage (July 1, 2025 - July 15, 2025): CASME will organize an expert evaluation committee to evaluate the submitted cases.
發布階段（2025 年7 月27日）：入選案例名單將在中國中小企協會官方網站上進行發布，公示期為 7 個工作日。公示無異議后，正式發布“AI Solutions for SME Recommended by CASME”案例集，并在世界人工智能大會同期論壇等活動中進行展示與推廣，為入選案例主體提供宣傳推廣機會，同時組織入選案例主體與有需求的中小企業進行對接交流，促進優秀人工智能解決方案的推廣應用。
Release Stage (July 27, 2025): The list of selected cases will be announced on the CASME website with a display period of 7 working days. After the display period without objections, the "AI Solutions for SME Recommended by CASME" case collection will be officially released on 2025 WAIC . The selected cases will be showcased and promoted in relevant industry conferences, forums, and other activities. Promotion opportunities will be provided for the entities of the selected cases, and exchanges between the selected case entities and SME with needs will be organized to promote the application and promotion of excellent artificial intelligence solutions.
